Any special flavor snack stick add $1.00 per pound.
Add cheese to any smoked product above for an additional 75 cents per pound.
Add jalapeno to any smoked product above for an additional 25 cents per pound.
Vacuum packing $3.00 per bag.
Minimum of 20 lbs (15 lbs for Bacon) of Venison required for Smoked Products | yields approximately:
30 - 33 lbs of Summer Sausage | 18 - 20 lbs of Snack Sticks | 18 - 20 lbs of Sliced Venison Bacon
Fresh Sausage Products
Minimum of 15 lb of Venison required for Fresh Sausage Products.
Yields approximately 20 - 24 lb of Fresh Sausage.
Grindings of Trimmings
Jerky
Jerky must be made from hind quarter or backstrap solid muscle meat.
Finished Jerky yields approximately 50% of fresh weight.
If Jerky meat needs to be cut, it is an additional $2.00 per pound.
Any recipe variations are an additional $1.00 per pound
